20 Modern House Neighborhood with Interior For Unreal Engine

This is a high quality modern neighbourhood and house pack with 20 furnished interiors. All houses are connected by streets. This neighbourhood comes as a level in this project.

-All houses can also be separately dragged from the content browser into your project as level instances.
-3 versions for each house are included: Empty, furnished and furnished+garden
-These houses were orginally designed by me in 2024 and every single asset in this project has been custom designed and modeled for this project.
-All textures are from CC0 sources: AmbientCG and Polyhaven.
-Paintings and rugs were created with custom procedural shaders in Blender. (no generative AI is used in any part of this project)
Blueprint lights
-These houses and the neighbourhood are fully set up to be lit at night
-The interior lights are static meshes + dynamic lights. These are linked to eachother as blueprints. From these blueprints properties of these lights can easily be modified.

Modularity:
These houses were developed with modular parts. These parts snap properly to the grid. I dont recommend assembling a house from scratch with these parts because these houses use many different parts. But these parts are handy if the houses need to be modified.

Performance
In the full neighbourhood level this project uses about 10gb of ram when using it in the Unreal Editor.
Framerate is smooth and without stutters.

Megalights is enabled to ensure high performance while keeping high quality shadows on all lights. (if this project runs slow, megalights is probably toggled off and needs to be toggled on in the project settings)

Every mesh has custom LODs which are tuned to be very low poly on a distance.

Foliage
The grass trees and bushes are just placed static polygon meshes. No addon is needed to run this. The foliage can simply be removed or replaced if something else is desired.

Organized
All houses are organized in 4 sub groups (House/Furniture/Outdoor-space/grass-garden)

Streets are grouped in separate sections aswell.

Other features

All assets exept for the 3D grass and small decorative art have collision.
Static meshes have been set up for the option for light baking aswell if that is preferred instead of Lumen.
